Referrals
Some insurance carriers require a referral or authorization for you to a specialist. Dr. Patel is considered a specialist. Therefore, please contact your primary care physician's office to inquire if you need a referral or authorization from your insurance. Our office staff will be happy to assist you in obtaining the appropriate referrals.
Fee and Payment
Payment at the time of service is expected. We will file your insurance claim directly for these services. Our billing manager can answer any account questions you may have. If you have any questions about your insurance benefits, please contact your insurance carrier.
Non-Covered Services
Our staff will be happy to discuss fees for non-covered services with you. It is the patient's responsibility to check with their insurance regarding non covered services. Patients receiving non-covered services are required to pay in full at time of service.
